This FREE Claude Code Is INSANE!

Full transcript

This free Claude code is insane. Today I'm going to show you my agent operating system. It runs free Claude code all by itself day and night. It builds landing pages, apps, games, whatever you want.

It's private, it's fast and it just got 90% faster and you can grab the whole thing ready to install. Let me show you. Okay so let me show you this right now. This is my agent operating system and it's running free Claude code inside it.

Watch what it can do. I can ask it to build something and it just goes and builds it. Here let me give it a real job. I'll say build me a landing page for the AI profit boardroom, make it show off the value of AI automation, make it explain how our community helps people save time and make it look good so people want to join.

I hit build and off it goes. It's coding that whole page for me for free. No tokens, no waiting to see the bill, just my agent OS getting the work done and this is what I want to show you today. How this whole system works and how you can get it too.

But first let me explain why this is such a big deal because Claude code is one of the best AI coding tools out there but it tokens every single time you use it. So people get scared to use it for big jobs. They hold back, they wait, they don't build the fun stuff. Well not anymore because now you can run Claude code for free inside your agent OS and I mean free forever.

There's a brand new update from Google that just dropped and it changes everything. It lets you run Claude code with a free local model. A local model just means it runs on your own computer, not in the cloud, not on someone else's server, right there on your machine. And here's the crazy part.

It used to be slow, like really slow. That was the whole problem with local models. You type something and just sit there waiting but this new Google update makes it 90% faster. So now it's free and fast.

The tool we're using is called Gemma 4. That's the free model from Google and it now runs way faster than it ever did before. So your agent OS gets the power of Claude code but it runs on a free local model and it can work on its own all day all night if you want. Now let me show you how easy the setup is.

It's just three steps. Step one, you download something called Olimar. That's free. Step two, you download Gemma 4.

That's also free. Step three, you plug it into Claude code. That takes one click. Download Olimar.

Free. Download Gemma 4. Free. Run it with Claude code.

Also free. See a pattern here. That's it. Three steps and it's plugged right into the agent OS.

Now real quick, if we haven't met yet, let me say hi. I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie. Julian is the CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. While he's out helping clients get more leads and customers, I'm here and my job is to bring you the latest AI updates.

Julian reads every single comment so drop a comment below and let him know what you think. Now let's get back to the agent OS because there's so much more it can do. Let me show you another way to use it. Inside the workspace, I can just chat with it.

I'll say build out a Space Invaders game and it uses free Claude code to build that out. It just works away in the background and starts coding. See that? It's building it right now.

Or let's say I want something for my business. I could ask it to build a to-do list app, something to keep our AI profit boardroom projects organized. Same thing. I type it, I hit build, and it goes.

That's the magic of the agent OS. You give it a job, you walk away, you come back, it's done. And here's a cool part. It's got a memory plugged right into the system so it remembers your projects as it works.

Now here's something important about these free models. They work best for the simple stuff like writing a blog post, or making a landing page, or building a basic app. For that kind of thing, Gemma 4 inside the agent OS is great. Now if you're building something big and tricky, you'd want a stronger model.

But for the everyday stuff, this free setup is perfect. And that's most of what we do anyway. So the agent OS covers a ton of your daily tasks for free. Now some of you are thinking, wait, I don't have a Mac, do I need a fancy Apple computer for this?

Nope, you don't. Let me show you how anyone can run this, even with no Mac at all. There's another way that works for everyone. You go to a site called OpenRooter, then you just type in the word free, and boom, Gemma 4 shows up for free.

You grab the free key from there, and you plug that right into the agent OS. So it doesn't matter what computer you've got. If you have a Mac, you run Gemma 4 right on your machine. If you don't have a Mac, you use the free key instead.

Either way, you get the full agent OS running for free. Pretty wild, right? And actually there's even a third way, because we built a local engine right into the agent OS. So you can build something, preview it, and it drops into your workspace.

You don't even need Claude Code for that one. So that's three ways to run it. With free Claude Code, with the free key, or with our local engine. Okay, now I have to tell you about this.

Everything I'm showing you, the whole agent operating system, you can just grab it. If you want my exact setup, come join the AI Profit Boardroom. It's the best place to scale your business and get more customers with AI, and to save hours every week with smart AI automation. Here's the best part.

You don't have to build any of this yourself, because inside you get the full agent OS as a ready to install zip file. You just download it and plug it in. That's it. You get the whole thing I just showed you.

All the agents working together, the memory, the local engine, all of it, plus a complete 30-day roadmap to get you up and running. And you can ask questions and get help whenever you need it. I personally answer questions inside the community every single day, and there's always someone online to help you out. So if you want the full agent OS ready to go, come join us.

The link is in the comments and the description. Now let's keep going, because I want to talk about why this whole thing matters so much. Think about the old way for a second. Every time you use Claude, so you'd stop and think before every big task, you'd hold back, you wouldn't build the fun projects, and your code went off to some cloud you don't control.

The free local option was too slow to bother with, so you just pay tokens and hope for the best. But now, with this new Jemma 4 setup, everything changes. You get the real Claude code running inside your agent OS, but it's free for every single task. You can let it run all day and all night, your code stays private, it stays on your computer, and it's 90% faster now.

So it's actually useful, and you switch to it with just one command, one line, that's it. Now let me clear up a few things people always ask. Some folks say this free version must be watered down, right? Nope, it's the exact same Claude code, you're just pointing it at a different model, that's all.

Others say a local model can't write real code, but I just showed you, it can, it builds real working stuff. Then people say this sounds complicated, but you saw it, one command, that's the whole thing. And some say an agent system sounds like a lot of work, but it's not. We've got tons of people using the agent OS right now, and a bunch of them aren't techie at all, so if they can do it, you can too.

Now here's a real reason I'm loving local models lately. I think owning your own system just matters more and more, let me tell you why. Remember what happened with Fable 5, when you rely on models that are closed off, there's a risk, they can get taken down or changed at any time, and when that happens, all your work just breaks. We don't want that, we want tools we own and control.

Local models inside your own agent OS give you that, and they're getting better every single week, that's why I keep testing new ones and sharing them with you. Speaking of testing, I've got a whole leaderboard for this, every time I test a new model, I add it there. I run it through 42 different tasks to really see what it can do, so you don't have to take my word for it, you can look at the builds yourself and decide. If you like it, great, if you don't, no worries, but I think you'll be surprised how good these free models are getting.

So let me quickly wrap up what you learned today. You saw my whole agent operating system in action, you learned how it runs free Claude code inside it, you learned why Jemma 4 is such a big deal now that it's fast, and you saw the cool stuff it can build for you, plus how anyone can run it, Mac or no Mac, not bad for a few minutes, right? Now if you want to take this even further, I've got something for you, because this is the whole point of the video. Everything I'm showing you right now, this exact agent OS, you can get the full thing, the complete zip file ready to install, it's inside the AI Profit boardroom.
