NEW ChatGPT Update is INSANE!

Full transcript

New Chat GPT. Update is insane and if you care about SEO, this one is big. Today I'm going to show you the new Chat GPT update. It's big, it's new and it's kind of wild.

It's also super easy to use. I'll show you how to use it for SEO and I'll show you how it can grow a real business. Stick around because this one is worth it. Here's the problem.

If you've used Chat GPT for months, you've lost stuff. Good ideas, client notes, SEO research, keyword lists, content plans, documents, images. Maybe you asked Chat GPT to build you a keyword list back in January. Maybe you had it write a backlink outreach email that actually worked.

Maybe you uploaded a competitor's site and got a full SEO breakdown. Where did all that go? You typed it once and then it was gone into a pile of hundreds of old chats. Finding it again felt almost impossible.

You'd scroll and scroll and give up. Well, Chat GPT just fixed that. Hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's helping clients get more leads and customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates.

Julian Goldie reads every comment, so make sure you comment below. Big update is called Unified Search. Instead of digging through hundreds of old chats one by one, you can now search your chats, your projects, your images, and your documents all from one search bar. It works on the web, on iPhone, and on Android, so it doesn't matter what device you're on.

You can even use filters to jump straight to just chats, just files, just projects, or just images, instead of scrolling through everything mixed together. Before this update, search only looked inside the one conversation you had opened. Now it looks across your entire account, every conversation you've ever had, in one search. No more scrolling forever to find one old idea.

Here's the part most people are missing. This update becomes really powerful when you use it with something called projects. A project is like a folder, but smarter. It holds your files, your instructions, your memory, and your chats all in one place, organized around one topic or one client.

Think of it like your own AI office, instead of a big pile of random chats scattered everywhere. Now put those two things together, every chat inside your project, every file you upload, every image, every document, all of it becomes instantly searchable, filtered, and organized. That's the real upgrade. You're not just chatting with AI anymore, you're building a searchable brain for your business and for your SEO work that gets smarter every single week you add to it.

Let's talk about how this helps with SEO using real examples from something I run called the AI Profit Boardroom. This is a community where we teach AI and automation for growing a business, and SEO is a big part of that. And before we get into the workflows, here's something important. If you're doing all this content and keyword work, but nobody can actually find your site on Google, that's a traffic problem, not a content problem.

You can have the best AI workflow in the world, but if your rankings aren't moving, none of it turns into real customers. That's exactly where SEO comes in. My team at Goldie Agency helps businesses get more leads, more traffic, and more customers by ranking higher on Google. We handle the strategy, the content, and the backlinks, so you can focus on running your business instead of chasing rankings yourself.

If you want us to take a real look at your website and tell you exactly what's holding you back, book a free SEO strategy session using the link in the comments and description below. Workflow one is the SEO Research Vault. This is for anyone doing keyword research and content planning who keeps losing track of old research. It helps you stop repeating work you already did.

The prompt is simple. Inside your AI Profit Boardroom project, upload every keyword list, every competitor page you researched, every backlink report, and every content brief you write. Then later, just ask ChatGPT to show every keyword list you made about a topic or every competitor page you researched last quarter. The result is instant.

All your old SEO research shows up in seconds, so you can reuse it instead of starting over. Workflow two is the Content and Backlink Tracker. This is for content teams who publish a lot and lose track of what they wrote and which pages needed links. It saves you from writing the same article twice.

The prompt is this. Upload every blog post, every guest post pitch, every backlink outreach email, and every link building report into your project. Then search for a topic like technical SEO or a client name or a specific keyword you targeted months ago. The result is every article, pitch, and report tied to that topic appears right away, so you always know what's already covered.

Now let's keep going because there's more ways to use this. Workflow three is the Client SEO Reporting System. This is for agencies or freelancers managing SEO for more than one client who need fast, organized answers. It stops you from digging through email for old reports.

The prompt is this. Create one project per client. Upload every ranking report, every strategy call summary, every keyword target list, and every content calendar for that client. Then just ask, show me this client's ranking progress from March or find every keyword we targeted for them this year.

The result is every report and note about that client appears instantly, so client updates take minutes, not hours. Workflow four is the AI and SEO News Database. This is for anyone who wants to stay updated on how AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini affect SEO and search rankings. It keeps you ahead instead of playing catch up.

The prompt is this. Every week, upload new AI announcements, search engine updates, screenshots of new features, and notes on how each update might change SEO. Do this inside one ongoing project. Then months later, search for a topic like AI search results or Google algorithm update or featured snippets.

The result is every past update, note, and idea on that topic shows up together, so you can spot patterns other people miss. Quick recaps so this sticks. First, ChatGPT added unified search, so you can search chats, projects, files, and images from one place. Second, projects let you organize all of that by topic or by client.

Third, put them together and you get a searchable SEO knowledge base that gets more valuable every single week you use it. That's the whole update and that's why it's a big deal for anyone doing SEO or content work. One more thing before you go. If you're completely new to SEO and want to build a solid foundation alongside all these AI tools, this part is for you.

Maybe you don't know how content strategy works yet. Maybe link building sounds confusing. Maybe you don't even know what a good keyword looks like versus a bad one. That's totally normal and you don't need to guess your way through it.

We put together a free SEO course in the description with over 260 lessons and it covers everything you need to actually get started the right way. Keyword research, content strategy, link building, technical basics, all of it step by step for free. You can go at your own pace and use it alongside everything I showed you today with ChatGPT. Go check that out too.

The link is below right under this video. Now all this AI content and keyword research is great but it only works if people can actually find your website on Google. If you're publishing content, doing keyword research and building all this AI knowledge but your traffic still isn't growing, something is missing. That missing piece is usually SEO strategy and backlinks.

My team at Goldie Agency helps businesses rank higher on Google so all this hard work actually turns into visitors and customers. Book a free SEO strategy session using the link in the comments and description below and we'll figure out exactly what's holding your rankings back. And if you want the bigger picture, AI, automation and SEO all working together to grow a business, come check out the AI Profit Boardroom as well. Everything is linked for you below.

Let's do a quick final recap so this actually sticks with you. ChatGPT now has one search bar that finds your chats, your projects, your files and your images. Projects let you organize all of that by client, by topic or by task. And when you combine the two, you get a growing SEO knowledge base that saves you time every single week instead of costing you time.

That's the whole update in plain simple words. If this helped you, drop a comment and let Julian know what you want covered next. Tell him what AI tool you want broken down or what SEO topic is confusing you right now. He reads every single one and if you want to see how we use SEO and AI together inside the AI Profit Boardroom, come check it out.

Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next one.
