New Codex Updates are INSANE!

Full transcript

New Codex updates are insane. Today I'm going to show you how the new Codex updates can build your SEO website with one line of text. It's new, it's huge, and it's so easy a kid could do it. OpenAI just gave Codex three big updates that change how you do SEO work.

One of them builds a whole site from one sentence. Wait till you see what it makes for traffic. Let's go. Okay, so here's the deal.

Codex used to be one thing. It was a coding tool. It wrote code, it fixed bugs, it checked code. That was it.

Boring, right? But not anymore. OpenAI just turned Codex into something way bigger. And if you do SEO, this matters a lot.

Because the thing that used to take a code or a whole week, you can now do with one line of text. And that one line could be a brand new SEO page that ranks on Google. So let me show you the three updates. And stick around because the third one has a hidden feature most people are sleeping on.

It's the one that makes Codex remember your SEO style forever. But first, let's talk about the big one. Hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency, Goldie Agency. While he's helping clients get more leads and more customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates.

And here's the cool part. Julian Goldie reads every single comment. So make sure you comment below because he will see it. Update number one is called Sites.

This is the one everyone is talking about. OpenAI announced Sites on June 2nd, 2026. And here is what it does. You type what you want, Codex builds it, then it puts it online a real link you can share.

No coder, no hosting setup, no deploy button. You just describe it and it goes live. Now think about that for SEO. Before, if you wanted a new page, you needed a developer, you needed front-end code, you needed someone to put it online.

That took days, sometimes weeks. Now you just talk to Codex. Let me give you a real example. Say you run an AI community, like the AI Profit Boardroom.

You could tell Codex, build me a landing page for the AI Profit Boardroom that shows the value of AI automation, explains all the benefits of joining the community and gets more leads and more traffic. And Codex would build that page. The headline, the layout, the buttons, all of it. Live at a link.

And here's why that's huge for SEO. Speed. When you can make pages fast, you can make more pages. More pages means more keywords.

More keywords means more ways for people to find you on Google. That's the whole game. But hold on, I have to tell you the truth here because some videos out there are getting this wrong. Right now, Sites is only for business and enterprise plans.

It's in preview. So if you're on the plus or pro plan by yourself, you can't use it yet. Open AI said more plans are coming, but they didn't give a date. I'm telling you this because I'm not going to lie to you.

That's not how we do it. All right, quick pause. Let me help you with something real. If you're building all these pages, but nobody's finding them on Google, you've got a traffic problem.

And that's the most common problem I see. People make great pages, but they don't rank. That's where SEO comes in. If you want more leads, more traffic and more people finding you, my team can help you rank higher on Google.

Just book a free SEO strategy session with us. The link is in the comments and the description. We'll look at your site, find what's holding you back and show you how to fix it. Go book your free SEO strategy session now, then come right back because update number two is going to save you a ton of headaches.

Okay, update number two, saved rate limit resets. Now this one sounds small, but trust me, if you use Codex a lot, you're going to love this. Here's the problem it fixes. Every Codex plan has a limit.

You can only do so much in a set time. When you hit that limit, you have to wait for it to reset. And the old way, the reset happened on its own, on a fixed clock. So a lot of the time your reset would come back at like three in the morning when you're asleep, when you don't need it, total waste.

So on June 12th, 2026, OpenAI fixed it. Now you can save your reset and use it whenever you want. You hold onto it. Then you spend it at the exact moment you need it.

Think of it like a power up you keep in your pocket. Say you're doing a big SEO push on the weekend. You're building a bunch of pages for your site. You hit your limit.

No problem. You pop your saved reset and keep going. You control it now, not the clock. And here's the facts on who gets it.

OpenAI is starting with Go, Plus, Pro, and Business users. Everyone eligible gets one free reset to start. And for a short time from June 11th to June 24th, Plus and Pro users can invite up to three friends. When your friend sends their first Codex message, you both get an extra reset.

Those resets are good for 30 days. That's straight from OpenAI. For people who do a lot of SEO work in Codex, this is one of the most useful little updates. It means you don't lose your workflow.

You stay in the zone. And staying in the zone is how you get more pages out the door. Okay, update number three. And this is the one with the hidden gem I promised you.

Codex just rolled out more features to Europe. That's the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. So millions more people can now use the stuff the U.S. already had.

But it's not just about where. It's about what they're getting. And some of this is really good for SEO work. Let me break it down.

First, computer use. Codex can now click, type, and use apps on your computer. It can see the screen and work the buttons. So for SEO, it could go into your tools, pull your data, and handle steps for you, like a helper that actually uses the software, not just talks about it.

Second, the Chrome extension. Codex can work inside your browser, across your tabs, in the background. And it uses your signed-in sessions. So it doesn't take over your whole browser.

For SEO, think checking pages and pulling info from tools you're logged into while you do other work. That's real-time saved. And now the hidden gem. Number three, memories.

Codex can now remember things, your preferences, your workflows, the way you like to work. When you turn it on, it learns your style over time. So you don't have to explain yourself every single time. Why does that matter for SEO?

Think about it. You could teach Codex how you like your pages built, your tone, your layout, the way you write headlines for the AI profit boardroom, and then it just remembers. Every new page comes out in your style, like having a team member who already knows how you do things. One honest note, in Europe, memories is off by default, so you switch it on yourself.

And there's one more thing they're testing called Chronicle. It's an opt-in preview for pro users on Mac. It helps Codex build memory from what's on your screen. It's early, it's a test, so I won't oversell it.

But the direction is clear. Codex is learning to remember more. Step back and look at the big picture. Codex started as a coding tool.

Now look at it. It can build pages. It can use your computer, it can use Chrome, and it can remember how you work. That's not a coding tool anymore, that's a worker.

And for SEO, this changes the game. The slow part of SEO was always the building. Building pages, setting them up, putting them online, over and over. Codex is chipping away at all of that.

The plan goes like this. You describe what you want, the agent does the work, and out comes a real page. Describe it, build it, ship it. So building pages fast is great, but if those pages just sit there with no visitors, what's the point?

You did all that work for nothing. That's the trap. And it's the trap most people fall into. So let me help you avoid it.

And here's the truth. Learning all this stuff on your own is hard. The tools change every week. New updates drop all the time.

It's a lot to keep up with. That's exactly why we built the AI Profit Boardroom. It's our community where we show you how to use AI automation to grow your business step by step. You get the latest tools, you get real examples, and you get a group of people doing the same thing right next to you.

So you're never figuring it out alone. If you want to actually use this stuff and not just watch videos about it, come join us. The link to the AI Profit Boardroom is in the comments and the description. Now here's the other piece.

Building pages is one thing, getting them found is another. If you're using these new AI tools to build pages, that's awesome, but you need people to actually find them. You need them to rank on Google. That's where my team comes in.

If you want more leads, more traffic, and more customers finding your business, we can help you rank higher. Book a free SEO strategy session with us. The other link in the comments and the description is for that. We'll find what's stopping your site from ranking and show you how to fix it.

Don't let your pages sit there with no traffic. Book your free SEO strategy session today, and do me a favor, drop a comment below and tell me which update you're most excited about. Sites, the saved resets, or the memory feature? Julian reads every comment, so let him know.

I'll see you in the next one.
