NEW Agent 2.0 is INSANE!

Full transcript

New Runway Agent 2.0 is insane, and I'm going to show you exactly why. One prompt, full campaign. That's the idea behind Runways Agent 2.0. And after testing it, I genuinely think this is one of the biggest shifts in how content gets made right now.

Let me be clear from the start. This isn't a video generation tool, not anymore. Runway Agent 2.0 is a chat-based AI marketing agent. You tell it what you're selling, who you're selling it to, and it builds the whole thing, the strategy, the assets, the ad variations, the localization, the performance analysis, all of it in one conversation.

That's a completely different thing to what most people think Runway is. Let me show you how it actually works. You open Runway Agent 2.0. You type something like, I want to launch a campaign for the AI profit boardroom, an AI automation community for business owners who want to save time and get more customers using AI.

That's it. That's the prompt. Here's what Agent does next. First, it figures out your positioning.

It asks about your audience, business owners, people already curious about AI, people who don't want to fall behind. It takes that and builds the entire campaign angle around it, the messaging, the tone, the hooks. Then it actually builds the assets, TikTok ads, Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, reels, stories. It formats everything for every platform automatically.

9 to 16 for reels, 16 to 9 for YouTube, 1 to 1 for the feed, no manual resizing, no switching between five different tools, and here's where it gets genuinely useful. You paste in your campaign analytics, what's performing, what's not. An agent actually reads that data. It tells you which hook is weak, which audience isn't clicking, which message isn't landing.

Then it rebuilds a better version. That loop, create, analyze, improve. That's what makes this different. Most tools stop at, here's your video.

Runway Agent 2.0 wants to be the whole creative team. Now, about 25% of the way through the research I did for this episode, I kept coming back to one question. Who's actually going to use this day to day? And the answer is anyone who's currently juggling six different tools to produce one piece of content.

If you're using ChatGPT to write the brief, Canva to design assets, CapCut to edit, Premiere to finish, and then manually resizing everything for every platform, Agent is trying to collapse all of that into one place. That's the pitch. And it's a strong one. If you're watching this and wondering how to actually implement tools like Runway Agent 2.0 in your business, how to set it up, what to prompt it with, how to turn it into a real workflow that saves you time and gets you more customers, that's exactly what we go deep on inside the AI Profit Boardroom.

We have weekly coaching calls where we specifically walk through how to use AI marketing tools like this one, step-by-step in your business. We build 30 day roadmaps around tools like Runway Agent. So you're not guessing, you know exactly what to do and when. There are 3,800 plus members in there right now building AI marketing workflows.

You don't just ask it to make content. You ask it to solve a marketing problem. There's a big difference. Instead of make me an ad, you say, I'm launching a new intake for the AI Profit Boardroom, targeting business owners who feel behind on AI.

Agent builds the brief. It decides on the messaging. It chooses the tone. It figures out which platforms to hit and in what order.

You're not writing strategy anymore. You're approving it. The second thing is asset generation. Once the brief is set, agent builds the creative.

Videos, images, carousels, ad scripts, social posts. It's not perfect every time. You'll want to review it, adjust it, give it better feedback, but the speed is real. What used to take a creative team a full week, you're getting a rough version of in minutes.

Third, and this is the one I think most people are sleeping on, is the A slash B testing support. Let's say you've got a winning ad for the AI Profit Boardroom. One version with a hook about saving time, another with a hook about not falling behind competitors. Agent can generate variations of both, format them for every platform and help you systematically test what's actually driving results.

That's something that used to require a dedicated performance marketing person. Now it's one conversation. The fourth thing is localization. If you've got a winning ad, agent can take it and adapt it for different markets.

Not just translate the words, actually adjust the messaging to fit how different audiences think and talk. So one great piece of content becomes five, 10, however many versions you need, ready to run globally. I want to be straight with you here. There are limitations.

Runway Agent 2.0 still needs good prompting. If you give it a vague brief, you'll get a vague output. The tool is only as good as the direction you give it. And there will always be a need for human review, especially around brand voice, specific messaging decisions, and anything that requires judgment about your actual audience.

This isn't a replacement for creative thinking. It's a multiplier of it. The people who are going to get the most out of Runway Agent are the ones who already know their audience well, know what angles work and just need to move faster. That's the leverage.

Think about what this actually means for a solo business owner or a small team. Before Runway Agent producing a full campaign, brief, creative, platform specific formats, A slash B variants, performance review would take days, multiple people, multiple tools, multiple rounds of feedback. Now one person can run that whole loop in a fraction of the time. And this is exactly where business owners who are learning AI automation have an edge right now.

While most people are still doing things the slow way, one person with the right tools and the right knowledge is running circles around entire teams. Here's a practical example of how I'd actually use this. Say I'm trying to grow the AI profit boardroom and I want to launch a new content push. I go into Runway Agent.

I type, I want to create a short form video campaign for the AI profit boardroom, a community of 3,800 plus business owners learning AI automation. Target audience, entrepreneurs aged 30 to 50 who want to save time and get more customers with AI. Tone, real, direct, no hype. Agent takes that and builds me a campaign brief.

Then I say, generate three different hook variations. One about falling behind, one about saving time, one about what members are building. It gives me three. I pick the strongest.

Then I say, now create the actual video concept script and format it for TikTok, Instagram reels, and YouTube shorts. Done. In the time it used to take me to write one script, I've got three platform ready concepts with variations ready to test. That's the real workflow.

And the people who learn to run this kind of loop consistently are the ones who are going to get ahead. There's also something worth flagging here about where content creation is going. A year ago, generating one decent AI video took serious effort. You needed specific prompts, specific tools.

You needed to understand how each model worked. Now, Runway is bundling the entire creative pipeline from strategy to execution to optimization into a single conversation. That trend isn't slowing down. Runway agent 2.0 is live right now.

Try it at runwayml.com. Code agent gets you 30% off any plan. Go test it, see what it builds. Because once you run through a full campaign workflow in one conversation, it's hard to go back to doing it the old way.
