01What Is AI Agent OS and How Does It Work?
AI agent OS is a single operating system for all your AI agents, just like the home screen on your phone. Instead of opening ten tabs for different tools, you have one place where your agents live and work together. In this episode, Julian Goldie shows how he built his own Agent OS and explains how it saves him time every day.
The idea is simple: you plug in any AI agent you want, like Claude, Hermes, Anti-Gravity, or Codex. Then you can add tools for video, search, sales, and even a 3D world. Everything sits in one spot, so you never lose track of your work.
It works because all your agents share the same workspace and you can switch between them without leaving the screen.
02Main Features of the Agent OS
The Agent OS has several built-in sections that cover different jobs. Here are the main features Julian showed:
- Higgsfield section β make short films, UGC ads, cinematic ads, and explainer videos without opening a separate app.
- Search OS β do keyword research, write content, and publish to your website all on one screen.
- Video section β type what the video is about, and the system writes the script and makes the video for you.
- Voice agent β talk to your Agent OS and build new things while you speak.
- AI agent mastermind β a meeting room where your agents talk to each other, share ideas, and build together.
- 3D world system β use Codex and Blender to walk around and build your own 3D worlds.
- Sales agent OS β listen to sales calls, compare them to your SOP, and score each rep.
- Starnet β a pixel office where you can see your agents moving around and working.
03How to Set Up Your Own Agent OS
Julian spent three to four hours a day for weeks building his Agent OS step by step. But you can skip the hard part by installing his exact setup. Here is how to get started:
- Join the AI Profit Boardroom at aiprofitboardroom.com to access the full Agent OS zip file.
- Download the zip file, which is ready to install.
- Follow the 30-day roadmap that walks you through setting it up step by step.
- Use the daily tutorials with step-by-step videos on building agents like Hermes, Claude, and Codex inside your own Agent OS.
- Attend four coaching calls every week where you can ask questions and share your screen live.
- Use the community map to find members near you who are building the same thing.

04How to Use the Agent OS, Step by Step
Julian showed several real examples of how to use the Agent OS. Here is how to use each main section:
Create a video with Higgsfield: Go to the Higgsfield section, type a topic like "how the AI profit boardroom helps automate boring tasks," and the system makes a short video. When it's done, the video goes into your workspace. Two weeks later, you can come back and it's still there.
If you don't like it, click regenerate.
Run a search OS workflow: Step one: search across all your sites and run the research. Step two: plug in a case study and the keywords you want. The system writes the content.
Step three: send it straight to your website. For example, type "AI automation for small business," drop in a member story from the AI profit boardroom, and you get an article ready to post.
Use the video section: Type what the video is about, like "make a video showing a business owner how AI agents answer customer questions faster." The system writes the script, puts the pieces together, and makes the video while you do something else.
Build a custom workflow with Hermes: Instead of using Hermes in a chat box, create a custom workflow. Julian made one called Hermes Muse that reads his latest content and gives ideas for what to make next. One click and it already knows the job.
Another one, Hermes Astros, feeds ideas into his SEO content agent, notebook, or video agent.
05Results and Comparisons Shown in the Episode
Julian compared the Agent OS to the old way of working. Normally, search work takes five or six tools: one for keyword research, one to write content, one to put it on your website. With Search OS, all of that is on one screen.
He showed an example where he typed "AI automation for small business," dropped in a case study, and got an article ready to post.
For video, he compared making videos by copying and pasting between five apps to typing a prompt and coming back when it's done. The Agent OS also keeps his work organized. He said the biggest reason people give up on AI is that they make something cool and then can't find it.
With the Agent OS, everything is ready and you can come back anytime. Want the ad from two weeks ago? Here it is.

He also showed the sales agent OS in action. It listens to calls, compares what the rep said to the SOP, and gives a score. He showed rep number two's score (he kept the names private) and explained how he now knows exactly where each person needs help.
06Tips, Limits, and Mistakes to Avoid
Julian shared several warnings and lessons. The biggest mistake most people make with Hermes is using it inside a chat box. A chat box makes you start over every time, so you type the same request again and again and get a general answer.
Instead, build a custom workflow like Hermes Muse that knows the job with one click.
Another lesson: you don't need to set up everything. Julian built a lead finder and outreach tool, but he doesn't use it much, so he clicks a tick box and it's gone. Pick the workflows that save you time and skip the rest.
Building the Agent OS takes time. Julian spent three to four hours a day improving it, and it didn't appear in one day. It's normal if it looks like a lot.
He recommends building a little every week. One week add Starnet, the next week the search OS screen, the next improve how you put websites online. After a month or two, you have a system that fits you.
He also warned that most people can't see what their agents are doing. With the Agent OS, you see who is working on what, which helps you catch mistakes early.
07Who the Agent OS Is For and Why It Matters
The Agent OS is for anyone who uses AI and feels overwhelmed by too many tools and apps. Julian says everyone he talks to has the same problem: too many places to click, and they make something cool in one tool but can't find it two weeks later. The Agent OS fixes that by putting everything in one spot.
It's also for people who want to save time. Instead of losing hours switching between tabs, you have one place for all your agents. You can make videos, write content, handle sales, and even see your agents working in a pixel office.
Julian says starting early matters. People who start early learn what works and have a system running. Wait a year and you start from zero while others are ahead.
If you're not technical, the 30-day roadmap walks you through each step, and the coaching calls let you share your screen and ask questions.
